Dear Smart facilitation application user,

This Smart Facilitation Application has been designed to make the best sequences and workshops available to all in the Company. Not only will you access the best facilitation practices but you will also have the possibility to propose your own sequences and workshops for the community to tweak and improve. More generally this will be the opportunity to share and improve on the key competence that facilitation is for the leaders of this century.

To use this application, you need to create your account on the welcome page. You can modify or even delete your account as you wish following the process detailed in the help section.

 

Please do not forget the following while using the application:

The Smart facilitation application is intended specifically for sharing professional content related to your work; and

All statements made through this application are the personal views of the individual and are not the views of AIRBUS; and

The Smart facilitation application cannot be used to discuss nor handle any national classified security information generated by governments, nations, intergovernmental military alliances, the Organisation for Joint Armament Cooperation (OCCAR), contractors and customers or Export Control related information.

Your User content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Airbus or a third party. Airbus reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to the Smart facilitation application which is not compliant with applicable laws.

Additionally, it is not allowed to use the Smart facilitation application :

- to send or have sent unsolicited or unauthorised messages of a commercial or promotional character (spamming)

- to deliberately transfer details, send or download files containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other data-processing technique detrimental to the proper functioning of the solution, any software or all IT material.

YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL THE INFORMATION AND CONTENT YOU PUT ON THE SMART FACILITATION APPLICATION AND YOU MUST COMPLY WITH:

- THE AIRBUS DIRECTIVE FOR COMPANY INFORMATION CLASSIFICATION

AND YOUR APPLICABLE ICT CHARTER

- Standards of Business Conduct

- Confidentiality Obligations towards third parties

- Copyrights and respect the rights of individuals regarding the use of their own image.

- Not publishing slanderous, libelous or otherwise illegal content.

 

For your memory, usual Golden rules/ Dos & Don’ts with social media are:

Dos

  • Do share useful pieces of information for the community
  • Always respect the confidentiality obligations in your employment contract and all other applicable obligations.(Classified information, information shared during workshops, etc…)
  • Always be honest online. Don't create or use fake identities or impersonation. Concealing or misrepresenting the truth is as unacceptable online as it is offline.
  • Follow the same standards of behaviour and courtesy online as you would elsewhere
  • Always protect third-party information; you must handle it in accordance with the terms of its disclosure and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that the information you provide is accurate, timely, complete, fair and understandable.
  • Protect your personal data, don't share your user ID and keep your password secret.
  • Engage with your colleagues. Interact with the people you work with, your peers, your internal customers and other employees; share information, ask questions, speak to the experts, increase your knowledge and create synergies
  • Be an active user; connect and share with colleagues on a professional or personal level

 

Don’ts

  • Don't spam, favour quality to quantity.Comment, post, like, share, question in moderation.
  • Avoid personal and controversial topics: the Smart facilitation application is not the place to share neither political nor religious affiliations nor comments that could be considered defamatory, racially offensive or obscene.
  • Avoid overzealous self-promotion, which is more likely to annoy than build valuable relationship.
  • Don't be timid or afraid to ask questions, the aim of the Smart facilitation application is to foster expertise and to develop skills in facilitation.
